Yes that's true you're right there, but so do other religions millions of people practice their religions in peace. Two people can get on well until they mention religion and it all goes down the drain then and wars start.

And two people can also discuss religion without any issues whatsoever so surely the problem is a human one as well as a religious one.

In medieval times, Catholic Europe was at war with each other constantly

Catholicism came to the fore after Emperor Constantine saw the bravery of Christians at his own soldiers hands and used their religion to fight wars he was already involved in

Communists are anti religion yet have been involved in every major war of the 20th century

It boils down to what you have

If we wanted for nothing there would be a better chance of peace than ridding the world of religions that preach peace

Even then some people are just ****s

It's like i've said numerous times, religion starts all problems. No religion, no issues. Get the nukes ready, i'm starting an aetheist crusade.

We have already established that religion alone is not the problem. The problem is with how people use and interpret religion and if there was no religion people would just use something else to justify their actions.

I suppose your right. however, a lot of my issues with the world involve religion, so if religion were to be forcefully abolished, maybe people like myself would see the world in a different light

I doubt it. You would just shift focus to something else like greed or corruption as those things would not disappear without religion.
