If true then the PiF are twats - they would have gone to arbitration and they would have seen the WTO report that says they are seperate. They would have seen the court letter giving confirmation that the SA government would have no say and it would be passed! Appears to me that they have been too clever for their own good! Far too many intelligent people lack common sense/logic

Premier League have really messed up here. They should have just failed them if they weren't happy with the assurances about Saudi state involvement. Then the proper appeal / arbitration proccess could have took place. Instead they've kept moving the goalposts and essentially made up new clauses to the O&D test as they went along. Can see why the consortium got frustrated and pulled out. I suspect the incompetence of the Premier League will hit them hard. PIF / Stavely will have thier legal teams all over this. I don't think we've heard the end of it just yet.
The NUST are idiots... Their questions were all ****e, so I expect more of the same. It'll masters pumping out about how great nufc and its fans are and how he wants the best for them.. My advice would be to send someone that can actually ask a, few difficult questions or raise some thought provoking arguments... The NUST proved to me they're morons when I read their questions to the league a couple of weeks back.
It's a pointless excersize now... Ultimately nufc is stuck with Ashley and the long term future of the club has been destroyed.
