I've taken thousands. I spent all my pocket-money as a teenager on a cheap SLR, and have been taking them ever since.

I never smoked - apart from a brief bit of experimentation at 15, and didn't drink a huge amount (still don't).

started ***s at 13 but occasional drink much earlier . I was a fairly regular pub goer from 16 and very regular from 16 . Two landlords were horrified to find my birthday celebrations (afternoon then evening ) were for my 18th .<laugh>

Similar, I was in the pubs football team at 15 & on the pool team by 17. Landlord just turned a blind eye, mind you I behaved myself in there. Not so much in other places

So far today, I've built a large free standing planter (will be the vegetable patch), painted two fence panels, two plinths and three posts. All in spite of both neighbours deciding to gave a thirty minute chat (separately). Late lunch break now...

After lunch, I'll be building a second planter that's slightly smaller, and continuing to paint fence panels, plinths and posts.

Have you stained the panels or done a colour? I've got panels up from last year and finishing off the rest of them now. The ones from last year have faded quite nicely and the new ones are that orangey treated colour. Can't decide whether to just let them all fade to the same natural colour, do a cedar or other wood colour or go a bit mad and do one of those new fangled fence colours.

Funnily enough my other half found a picture of sunflowers painted on a fence and thought that looked good. <laugh>

I was thinking of commissioning a Jordan Henderson design but that's already been done. <cool>

I'll be treating them the same colour as the fence panels; grey!
