There are some valid points but biased beyond belief. Breaking it all down they are basically trying to say that by PIF not saying who was in charge that it should go to arbitration!!! Which would basically lead to piracy breaches being stamped on the “owner” and thus fail the test. That’s a no win situation for PIF. Especially when they are saying that the Saudi government would NOT have control.

so we are back to the PL having no proof or grounds to fail. They are therefore the whole reason. If they have the undertaking from PIF there arses are covered surely. But no... with zero proof they ‘don’t believe’ the KSA.
