You a Mackem like mate? I take pride and love where I'm from just the only downside is being associated but then in a way it's not too bad as get to correct them.
What I dont get about all this corruption bollocks is say for instance the PL let them join... Is that not them just joining the corruption? If they get loads of money and FFP say cant spend that are they gonna stamp their feet again and demand to spend what they wish? The PL bowing to their demands sets a precedent they dont want.
I was born in Hartlepool so I’m a monkey hanger. I see it as being a step up from a mackem. Lived in Peterlee all my life.
Aye mate, father and Grandfather were black and white. There’s plenty of us around, been going to the games home and away with the same lads since the early 70’s. There’s two main buses in Peterlee, Franky Wheatley’s bus is fairly infamous (@Smug in Boots), and a black and white bus. Nearly all of us know each other and most are good mates, but it gets a bit tense on match days to say the least.
The best things about our 2 clubs is the rivalry. Sadly, due to a small element of morons it’s also the worst.

No mate, I don’t go on there a great deal, most of them are rabid where I’m concerned . Most of my posts on there are from a Sunday night after a good session round the local. I only post on our thread though.
