Do you trust Ferguson?

There seems a lot of Utd fans who want us to do badly on the pitch and off it so they can feel gratified by moaning.

We came 3rd today in a Deloitte Football Money League even though our revenue did increase. I don't see the issue because Spanish teams will be ahead of the rest for varying reasons.

We know people want the Glazers out but some are questioning our manager and saying he is hiding information about them even though he will gain nothing out of this. It just seems a bit odd. At the moment the Glazers haters are really wound up because we are in the top 3 in the league which they predicted we would fall out of.

Even though David Gill states "I can look you in the eye and tell you straight that we have the transfer funds available to the manager," they still don't take this as the truth. What makes it worse is that our manager also states
"The money is there if I want to use it," said Fergie. "The money was there in the summer if I wanted to use it. He also states how he likes the Glazers and states "They've done the job well. I've never been refused when I've asked for money for a player," stated the United boss.
"What can I do other than carry on the way we're doing it and the way I'm allowed to I've no complaints."

Your issue is with Ferguson as he is the one persisting that he has "no complaints" over their ownership and he has funds if he needs to use it. The money you Glazers haters stated would be taken out of the club in 2009 still is here. However, you guys can't admit the lack of spending lies with Ferguson. But the easy option is to blame the Glazers.

So either way you believe Ferguson is hiding the truth which is damaging to the club or he is being bribed. Is that really how our manager behaves? because I thought he cares about the club but you clearly don't.

Explain why? All I am saying is that our manager always has Utds best interest at heart. I believe this because he and Matt Busby are our greatest managers. If Ferguson states he is content with funds available and the Glazers as owners, who are we to argue? He has no reason at all to lie and Ferguson is not a person who holds back what he thinks. If he thought the Glazers were holding him back from competing then he would voice his concerns. He has before when we were in a PLC and he would again. Our manager is not one to lie.

 

I only wum at times to annoy these doom and Gloom mongers. They need it as all they do is speak about Utd in a bad way. Even if we win the league they will complain. They would rather we spent 150m on 2 players and won nothing than winning the league and more with the squad we have now. Its a disgrace that even though we are right in this race they are complaining. Chelsea fans are not complaining as much as our fans are and we are 10 points clear of them. Maybe it is time we learnt what being a supporter is the hard way.

 

Stam yes I admit I can write tripe and sense but the tripe is just to wind some of them up. Especially with Rooney situation. A lot of them (G&G AKA DOOM AND GLOOM) supported his actions which I did not. I can not forgive what he did to our club but I know it winds them up by slating him. However, he is our player so when he steps on the pitch in Utd shirt I always support him

But why don't you actually read the article and then tell us what was wrong with it.

I think the United fans that claim SAF is lying about his transfer budget are basically blinded by their hatred of the Glazers. They want the Glazers out so bad that they will ignore / shout down anything that doesn't conform to their view of the Glazers as sucking all the money out of Utd and putting nothing back into the club. I don't think they don't trust SAF, but they are just so focused on hating the Glazers that they go into denial any time anybody points out what Fergie says about transfer funds.

Some of them even seem to be actively hoping that we'll fall out of the CL places, just so the Glazers will start losing money and be forced to sell at a big loss. They seem absolutely blind to the fact that this would almost invariably cause us to go into administration and do massive long term damage to the club.
