    It's been 56 years since Peter Allen and Gwynne Evans met their fate at the gallows at Walton Prison in Liverpool and Strangeways, Manchester in April 1964. Both men had been sentenced to death by hanging, after being convicted of murder.

    Public opinion on the Death penalty had been waning for years. Finally the Abolition of Death Penalty Act was passed in August of 1964. The only punishment, payable by death would be high treason. This too was abolished in the UK in 1998.

    In America, it costs 2.3m (dollars) to put someone to death.

    Do you agree in Capital punishment?

    If the crime is bad enough, should women also be punished by death?

    I see what you're saying here it's not just a punishment from god for a ****ty past life to women but also the men with those women.

    Which means the blokes were ****s too in a past life.
