I don't think anyone's expecting it to happen now, but a few think there's an outside chance... I think th grieving is all done in most cases. I still firmly expect this to be ressurected at some point in time.. Might even be a year or so, but it'll be back... Its just a temporary problem in getting it through...

I don’t know what you want. Why do the PL need to release a statement. They were not buying Newcastle, the buyers have withdrawn. You will be happy for the PL stating the PIF withdrew?
