    Yes we have a much better benefits system, they have 50 in a 4 star hotel not too far from me.

    English language
    Family/friends already here

    Any others? I don't imagine our benefits are more generous than those of many other European countries.

    Easy to find cash in hand work
    No checks/poor policing
    Networks in place (family/work)
    The fact that the £ used to be worth loads abroad, once Brexit is done we'll see if people are still so keen
