Coming to the end of season 3 of Sopranos been very good apart from one thing...the twat from Loose Windscreen's band (Steven Van Hire ) who plays Silvio Dante what a hammed up piece of ****e acting he's doing.Makes me wince and want to throw anything to hand at the telly everytime he's in any scene, what an A grade cnut of an actor.
Watching Penny Dreadful City of Angels on Sky/Now TV ticks all the boxes of a bit of gangster 1930's style, Nazis, street gangs, corrupt cops,supernatural, plus the odd bit of singing/dancing. Pretty watchable.7/10 at present after 4 episodes of 10
The Umbrella Academy 2- Superb, has replaced Stranger things as the best thing on Netflix 10/10 See (which is on Apple)- Really liked it, Abit slow at times and the amount of injuries Jason Momoa's character can take would probably kill anyone else. But its an interesting story concept that's executed well. 8/10
What? Umbrella academy season 2 is out? Dont get the hype behind stranger things, feels like a teen show to me Also
I really don't like Stranger Things but love Umbrella Academy, I've been rewatching S1 and have the finale left then it's onto the new season.
I loved him in it, seemed to me he was given lisence to play the role in that way, really hamming it up and cheesy as ****.
Enjoying second series of Queen of the South. Seems to be all about Mexican cartels though - no Scottish football yet. I thought both series of Succession were good, Matthew McFadyen especially. I'll give Umbrella Academy a go next. Seems my family, like most on here, are raving about it.
