I just hope the PL come out and say ‘oh we were in the process of passing it anyhow.. here’s the sign off paperwork’. mid they do that they retain some moral high ground and avoid all the scrutiny. PIF will act with class and just crack on with things. If this does happen then at least fans of other clubs know what to do and the PL will be more careful next time.
