    Not a fan but I'm aware I'm in the minority, compare it to the Douglas Spartacus or Ben Hur and it just doesn't stand up imo.

    Barry Norman once said that he could never leave a **** film after 15 minutes because somebody could say, ahhh but if you'd stayed you'd have seen it turns into a modern masterpiece. So the joke was, the ****ter the film the longer he had to endure it <laugh>

    Should've watched it all Ginge... it turns into a masterpiece <whistle>

    Just cos its a spike Lee film doesn't automatically mean its good.
