We have skimped on the investment in the defence in the last 2 or 3 windows compared to the rest of the squad and for the sake of a few million we shouldn't dick about for a deal with Spuds for KWP. if it is the reported £12m they are asking then just get it done asap.

 

In theory, but it's Levy. So I doubt it's that simple. Even if he has asked for £12m and we are prepared to pay it, I'm sure he then adds in other complications. Especially as there is the PEH thing ongoing.

But will we get KWP,? no point in getting the money if we don't use it.

Should all be concluded pretty quickly now. £25m for Hojbjerg is brilliant and KWP for £12m also good business. Couldn't have asked for a better start to the window
