I'm going to walk to Costa and have a flat white every day next week. Costa it's about a 10 minute round trip. My coffee should cool sufficiently by the time I get home.
I probably do over 15 mile a day walking, and dragging 100s kgs around and lifting, and hoying.. But lost basic fitness,,,, This is not going so well
