I sent you an email yesterday about the PL’s role in the failed Newcastle United bid and whilst I did not expect a full reply yet I did hope for the curtesy of an acknowledgement. I am disappointed to note that I have not had that acknowledgement from you.

It may not be an important issue for you but I can assure you that it is an extremely important issue for Newcastle United fans. Currently over 50,000 fans have signed a petition seeking for an independent investigation into the PL’s handling of this takeover. I Further understand that the Football Ombudsman is to write to you following contact from a number of Newcastle United fans suggesting that you do make a statement in response to the concerns being raised about how the takeover was handled by the PL.

It may be that the takeover was handled by you in accordance with the rules or, it may not. All the fans including myself are seeking is the truth as to what has gone on and what caused the prospective buyers to withdraw.

I, therefore, look forward to hearing from you in response to my original email at your soonest convenience.

Good Afternoon Dick Master...s and the rest of you cheap puppets at the premier league

Quite frankly you're a disgrace to English, British, European and Worldwide football. To be so obviously working for the Qatari government is honestly disgusting, the whole of the team at the Premier League should be ashamed of yourselves, you won't be because you don't care about the fans - ours or any other in general - you don't care about the people who work for the clubs, the players or the villages, cities and towns where your decisions impact everyday people the most. A stance you take over and over again in regards to pricing, fixtures etc and now this.

To have done Qatar and the "big 6"'s bidding for them by refusing to give an answer until you got what you wanted is an amazingly flagrant attitude to take but everyone will get what is coming to them and you will get yours when the true story comes out in the wash.

Quite frankly Coronavirus would be too good for you lot but I do genuinely hope that the Saudi's get you all a one-way ticket to the Turkish SA Embassy.

They haven’t.

A bloke who’s the CEO of Arena Racing has issued a statement on behalf of Arena Racing.
 
They've played this well. Will the PL buckle? They're fortunate they can just say "oh, THAT takeover - sure, that's deffo approved, like, why didn't you just say?".

At some point the member clubs opposing it have got to think this is potentially very damaging.

I dunno lads there was Staveley's comments about us going to the premier league if we want this back on and we've done it.

There was also that guy that tweeted that the Saudis would be back and Jamie rueban and stavleys wife both liked that post

Ashley saying he was still committed to the deal

News the deals still with the premier league and no official withdrawal was made


Then today's news

this is quite a valid point. At any point they can pass it as it hasn’t been formally withdrawn.
