Not many, but to be fair to them everyone here speaks some degree of english.

When we lived in France we found that not everyone speaks English, as is the common belief. I speak French so it wasn't a problem for us but I have a cousin who lived not far from us and had been there for about eight or nine years and never spoke a word of the language. He came unstuck when he got sick and couldn't communicate with the medical staff at the local hospital.

I know facts are irrelevant to you but I didn't complain to BRB. I expressed my views in post [HASHTAG]#16897[/HASHTAG] and that was the only comment I made about this issue. Nor did I PM anybody so I would be grateful if you withdrew that accusation.
