Depends how you like them, burgers need searing heat on a solid metal griddle plate so they caramelise the meat.
Nah bro, and I've not seen anything online about using those things with this grill either and I've had a good look today. The burner bar is only about 2inches to the actual grill bottom so it's deffo not made for any coals or rocks. Im guessing the bar heats the grill and it spreads it evenly, **** knows til I use it lol
The way this goes is that he only meant searing flame for the burgers and wasn't talking about sausages despite them being in the text. He certainly wouldn't have suggested searing flame for sausages as that would be daft.
Just a gas grill really. If you want a more authentic has BBQ you need to stick the volcanic rocks in, if it’s able to take em. Webber and co do the wood chip smoke boxes, they help get smoke but you can do with foil
Needed more wood tbh, or maybe leave the wood in for longer before cooking, ill know for next time, but it cooked the chicken bang on tbh Like it's BBQd on the outside but not much smokeyness near the bone if ya know what I mean. Gonna have to work that out or I'll have to get rid tbh. Done some burgers on there too but no pics
Can you explain this please as I love lamb and balsamic. I use balsamic glaze like others use tomato ketchup!. Do you marinade the lamb before cooking or baste with Balsamic Ginger / glaze During cooking?
