I never said they didn’t oppose it though. As they did, no doubt for a number of different reasons. What I said was that their opinion didn’t affect the outcome. Also the same clubs who objected would have objected whoever it was ffs. To pretend they wouldn’t is self pitying bullshit.

One is a club complaining about a breach in FFP One is premier league clubs being allowed to influence the sale of another club via a break in confidentially. There's quite a difference there.
