Yeah I know. Anyway reality has sunk in again now. Those chicks will be bouncing on some 25 year old’s rod tonight, whilst I’m home again loading the washing machine and trying not to wake my daughter up.
The nurse seemed quite blasé about it saying she had done something , and I only saw them heading for the valves .
Ex-girlfriend was in hospital in Leicester back in the late 80s with proctitis and colitis ... I'd moved away but had come back for a weekend and went to visit her in the evening, she was on a plasma drip and I noticed it was virtually empty and that air bubbles were in the tube ... no staff on the ward so I went and found the ward sister and mentioned my concerns ... all hell broke lose ... she pressed an alarm button and people came running ... she apologised to me profusely and said that they were so short staffed that it was dangerous ... hope yours isn't similar buddy.
I wasn’t takin the piss mate, I’ve had the same thing happen, I watched them getting closer and closer to the cannula and shouted the nurse. It’s no drama apparently.
