    Who's Marshall?

I've got you down not to score tonight by design - it's just a question of whether we can. Maybe Parker will go all out to win it, but I suspect he'll want to hang on to what he's got and keep Mitro for the final. That could be a mistake if we do get a goal, no matter how early or late that comes.

If it's really early then you'll have plenty of time to regroup and change tack if necessary - if it's later in the game, I think the Parker will hang in there with what he's got and that could be dangerous as we're not known for giving up at the death.

Of course, if you score first, it'll probably be all over, but I don't think it is at the moment. Whoever gets through, Brentford looked pretty good last night against a very decent team.

    It's Morrison obviously <doh> :emoticon-0142-happy
I think Scott will approach it as a 0-0 and aim to do what we did in the 1st leg. Playing 90mins with the aim of not conceding isn't realistic and if you get a goal it will get harder still, so we look to dominate the ball.
The contest is far from over and it will take a massive effort by either side to get to the final.
Then there is the problem of playing Brentford, and that's another story ..............

    Congrats to Fulham.
We put the pressure on with an early second half goal but wasnt to be.

    Final could go either way.

Glad we got through that, we always struggle against direct teams and boy did Cardiff get it forward long all night! The one thing that was annoying me was Cardiff obviously were pumping it into the box every chance plus have a guy who can throw it like a corner and the Ref let them nick 10 yards on every free kick and throwing!

Thought there first was a foul on keeper and there second Tomlin was 3 yards offside when Lang headed it! Anyway who cares we are going to Wembley and could be going back up so let’s enjoy it!

Cardiff gave it a good go and with a better No.9 they would have pipped us. Must admit I was nervous throughout.
    Fulham never do it easy.

    Roll on Tuesday,

We battled through very well really, the goals against us were questionable, along with the ref at times who saw fouls where none were visible. We were well worth the win overall and Wembley awaits, brilliant.
No white wall this time, but we cannot complain, our season finale comes on Tuesday and we must be grateful for that.

Tough Game. I was expecting that from Cardiff in the first game, but I guess Harris stuck to his new style at home and it didn't work so reverted to Cardiffs old roll your sleeves up Warnock style. We didn't take our chances which might have stopped us from having to hang on.

Worried about the injuries we might have picked up and less time to recover. Normally there is 10 day break before the Final, but no Tickets needed to be sold.
Final is going to be a weird experience as I don't like viewing these types of games on TV, I'm less nervous if I'm there watching.

The big day has arrived and we have a fully fit squad, so let's get it done.
I'm not sure how nervous the team will be, my nerves are jangling and I'm only to be kicking the ball from the sofa.............
    Anyone with a team prediction?

Been on WACCOE this morning, concensus seems to be that we want Fulham to win so we can feed on the Brentford carcass.

I've heard this from several other fanbases.

Brentford are marginal favourites, but we have plenty of talented players in our squad too. Maybe Knockaert will finally click into gear tonight, we can but hope!

Nerves, what nerves ............................... I'm near numb and very very happy.
Joe Bryan, you star, and what a solid performance by a very good team, Fulham FC.

Good controlled football last night, nothing spectacular, not at our best, but seemed calm and didn't panic too often.
The wide pitch at Wembley is suited to Parker-ball. I suppose the question for us is can Parker keep us up. He seemed emotional last night about the squad and you could tell his relief, it showed the strain of being a manager on his life.
Brentford not at their best last night, and that will annoy their fans after the good football they have played all season, because they are getting a reputation for being a club that can't get over the line. May Bee their fans won't be so cocky about us being their bitter rivals and they'll go back to goading the QPR fans. The songs they sing about us will probably now choke them.
