The board meetings will be entertaining. Not one for committing to a monthly payment but could do a lump sum up front.
Though I don't think fan ownership is practical at the moment, I think that fan involvement is essential. It's true that you'll get **** from some quarters when you get involved with these things, be they supporters committees , supporters trusts, campaign groups, or even just the stadium SAG, but I can't say they ever really bothered me, a bit annoying at times, but generally there's more positives than negatives.
I share that belief, that’s why I am involved as a supporter. I have been there and got the tee shirt as far as personal hostility goes. I am still on the board of the OSC and proud of the work we do, it’s hard work at times, but worth every minute of the hours I put in. I have every respect for anyone who gets involved. Some of the ****e aimed at members of even the supporters committee is just pathetic.
I'm a bit concerned, it's been nearly a week since the club said anything... They usually only take 3 or 4 days between saying something incredibly idiotic.
Ehab went on his hols the day after the cardiff game, lest anybody think he's been working 9 till 5 every day sweating over a statement to placate unhappy fans. He's not bovvered.
Hopefully he goes somewhere where he had to isolate on returning for 14 days, this multiplied by the 'Allam 24hrs' should be about forever...
'Be careful what you wish for' i something I posted on more than one occasion with reference to the current owners. I stand by it.

Why? It seems to me that most people couldn't be arsed supporting a demo but can click a button on a computer.
Having been involved in a motorcycle protest group some years ago I soon learnt that numbers are not the most important thing. Over 25,000 peacefully protest in Trafalgar Square doesn't get on the national news, two people throw red dye into the fountains there does. Funny old game protesting, even more so in these social media event driven days.
