The thing is the media over here an the public are so keen for it to fail it plays out badly in the public eye every time for the Saudis... The WTO report was far less significant than was made out. the term not done enough? That's weak.. This will be put out as bein have written it, but they're appealing the weak accusation. They felt they'd won because the accusation was far greater than what was leveled at them. . .. It's getting ridiculous
An appeal to a WTO ruling can only be on a point of law, and not on the evidence provided and the conclusions drawn from it.
You'll need to explain that one, but in short they were cleared of most of the allegations levelled at them in report but the media made no mention of that.. It was nowhere near the result BEIN went after..
