I don't think there's a limit on age at college or uni - I just used 70 as you very rarely see people above 60 studying. Possibly the odd few at uni but that's still uncommon.
Bath is a Rugby city, the football is terrible. They have one of the top rugby side's in the country. Saturday afternoon in Bath city centre when the rugby's on is class...
There was one old bloke at my uni studying maths and he looked about 90. He used to go out with the maths lot on their socials and even stayed in halls for 1 year! He loved it and became a legend
Ya, mainly to play footy but got the degree as well, then got my masters, then recession hit and both are incredibly hard to get ( teaching and Administration and Supervision). Luckily my heart is set out on coaching and that is my main bread winner but it would have been nice to not have to battle with thousands in a local area for 1 teaching job, f***ing cutbacks!
I actually watched a program on Cincinnati the other day, 'Undercover Boss'. Your Mayor went undercover to see how the City's workforce was handling the cut backs.
There is about to be a big cutback on the police force if the city can't cover the rest of the grant money, Cinci already has a high crime rate ( mainly downtown and bad areas, westside and just north of cinci). Ya, I get my degrees and look to go into teaching..... and there is absolutely nothing around! Being so green with no experience it feels like it is impossible. Good thing coaching is still in full effect.
