I tell you something else - after reading snippets from Man City's overturned ban, football is completely and utterly ****ed. This is corruption and bias of the highest order when it’s established yet when it’s about an unwelcome guest such as Newcastle they will do whatever they can to avoid the decision. It’s bad enough we have to suffer ambition free anti football year on year, but to see the “haves” being allowed, in the face of blatant proof, to simply carry on is astonishing and disgusting.
I simply don’t know why anyone would want to bother with football any more. It’ll start with lower clubs disappearing, and all well end up with is a European NFL with a round ball.
To summarise, CAS found City had been deliberately difficult in giving evidence to UEFA, disnissed any evidence older than three years and concluded there was insufficient proof to charge Man City. Embarrassing for everybody really. PL aren’t even bothering to investigate.
