Why do they need an excuse? Illogical leaps are being made here. If they want it to fail and can use a lack of clarity as an excuse they could have rejected and asked them to reapply. They haven't rejected it. They're just waiting...

Bin Salman is ultimately the main man at PIF whether you like it or not. That doesn’t mean there’s any reason for the takeover to fail; even if the government have been complicit or turned a blind eye to piracy with KSA, there is clearly geopolitical matters with Qatar that go way above the PL’s remit. In any negotiation, even when The US negotiate with North Korea, or when Israel negotiate with whichever ****wit has taken control across the border, there will be a concession and a deal to be struck. The Saudi’s can’t smooth things over just to get over the issue of a takeover, they will need to be contractually bound by these agreements and that process could take forever. So it looks as if the Saudi’s are trying to distance their government with their PIF, and as Tobes says, it’s impossible to do so if the Crown Prince is the Chairman, especially when he pulls rank on the board whenever he feels like doing so. https://www.arabianbusiness.com/ban...estment-fund-parts-ways-with-three-executives The PL though will have no grounds to reject it, as they will flat out have to have concrete proof of MBS being directly involved with piracy, and they don’t have that and never will.
You have to wonder why they've not disclosed whatever the prem are asking for and how significant it is.
??? the premier league are asking them for it I'm asking why they've not disclosed that information to the prem when asked and how significant it is I'm not expecting me to know you plonker
The reason for the confusion is that people have already explained this. You have a tendency to receive an explanation and then ask the exact same question. I can only presume its because you have no idea what the **** is going on or what anyone is talking about. More museli required
the premier league aren't happy with the info provided, so I'm saying I wonder what specific information they've asked for that PIF haven't provided and asking what the implications of whatever remains a secret to the premier league. if you can provide and answer then can you tell me and send it to masters ?
I don't think it has any significance at all, I think the Premier League are old fashioned and need a specific person ala Ashley, Roman A or whoever to be the "owner" and not some giant faceless organisation. Theres not another club in the league owned by just some giant investment organisation. The premier league are incompetent turds. Theres absolutely no advice anyone in this country could send them to make it pass quicker.
