I'm trying not to get carried away like last time but with things happening recently like cotton, hill, Donald stepping down etc,
And now all the interest and takeover talk it does seem like something is happening.

Surely FPP or Sartori are favourites ?
Reading this possibly counts out his father in law .

    https://www.monaco-tribune.com/en/2...lev-reaffirms-future-ambitions-for-as-monaco/

Which is a shame as dmitry seems passionate enough, certainly rich enough.

    I'll wait and see.
Who knows, maybe FPP come together with Sartori.

Yes today the rough will be wet as well... bunkers cannot be raked so you are allowed to replace the ball within 6 ins..Still will not help me much!

Something i forgot to mention in my last post,
There was mention of one of FPP members saying he had just bought Sunderland back then.

Another pointer to the possibility of them coming in now.

DIY for me after I finish work at 11:30am. Got loads of decking to build support and put up in the back garden! I'll have TMS on in my headphones though

The decking? Not sure yet. You have ideas as I'm a fairly handy DIYer but always open to suggestions

Based on what he's done at Monaco you would turn him down because he's Russian ?

At this point I would have Kim Jong Un as an owner.

    Why not ?
I've met loads of Russians, TBF they've all been spot on. One of my mates is married to one, his Moscovite stepson goes to the match when he comes over, he's a MLF.
Not all the Russians are Putin type bombastic megalomaniac.

The ‘due diligence’ thing I do not get.

Say it was FPP and they had done that last year for example, well it would absolutely need done again as the clubs income has been shredded by corona and the parachute payments ending.

Someone would need to have done it since the end of April with a financial forecast for 2021 surely?

I’m gonna say this, and believe me I’m desperate for it to be true and for something to come of it quickly, but the lack of national coverage, of any real links and the silence from the club do make me wonder if there’s anything going on at all.

Micky Gray has gone quiet after being open on it though, so trying to use logic, is it the one he’s involved with and now under NDA? The dream scenario for me as I said at the start of the latest round of the circus was having someone like Micky involved would be ideal to get that passion.

The due diligence thing is a red herring I think.

Correct mate, it was Fuhrman sending a series of WhatsApp messages to his mate which he was showing me.

I was offered a job by the man but Mrs Smug didn't care for his wife so I turned it down.

Since then the contact has dwindled down to next to nothing, shame.

Didn’t Fuhrman separate from the group as well, from MSD who then went onto Southampton?

Here’s a bit with that as well MSD/Liebherr at Southampton.

    Furhman/O’Brien at Sunderland.

Doesn’t O’Brien hire Liebherr plant equipment?

It’s more speculation but it’s a very long straw to connect some dots there.

Well everybody seems to be using glass but I think we are having glass on two and a half sides but the back done with a screen from a company called screen with envy it's a resin and about 12mm thick looks canny.

Nah all wood mate. I'm doing it myself so not a chance I'm messing on cutting lumps of glass :)

Seen some glass screened decks and you're right, they look great - but more money than I'm willing to spend
