Another? How can they complete an owners and directors test if they are saying they don’t know who they are. Or more specifically who controls the decisions. That’s a never ending question which cannot be answered.
I think it's at a stage of calling bluff.. The prem saying it won't pass until you provide the information so we can fail it and PIF saying we've given you it, so fail it and we will see you on court.

The BBC Edwards and others have been desperate to report negative news throughout, but have never really had any source.. I think it's just bullshit coming from Qatar.. The report that was released in June was a draft report as either party could appeal the content. Today they discuss it again. If no appeal then it is formalised.
