Just for Chaos... from a letter our young Chairman sent to fans a few days ago ....
The letter read: “This season has been the 10th since King Power took ownership of the club and we have been through so much together – high and lows we could never have imagined.
“We approach the end of our 10th season with the club in very good health and with significant progress made. Established in the Premier League, our young, hungry, talented squad has European football within reach, we have built and will shortly move into one of the world’s best training facilities and we will very soon resume our plans for the redevelopment of the King Power Stadium.
“If we’ve achieved all of this in the first 10 years, imagine where we can be in another 10! We can all be proud of the progress we have made, but must guard against complacency and continue to move forward in everything we do.”
Perhaps Chaos has something as uplifting from Mike Ashley? ... or Sheikh Toon Bin Krolled

... but King Power did buy the stadium and give it back to the club and write off all the existing debt with the equity swap ... that with sound transfer business and the youth policy set the sound financial footing that has since brought rewards ... and for which us Leicester fans will be eternally grateful
We are now disappointed that we are 'only' in Europe ... with our second highest ever PL finish

You got to feel disappointed in the context of the season. You was sat in a CL spot up until it mattered most and had to settle for Europa. Had you climbed from mid table to snatching a Europa spot...then there wouldn’t be that little irritation in the back of your mind that suggests that the squad and manager might not be good enough for what you aspire to achieving in the long run
Oh of course, gutted ... but losing 3 of the back 4 and our main creative influence made it incredibly tough ... but them's the breaks ... this young team would have likely struggled in the CL next season, whereas the Europey might just be a positive experience from a development perspective. It's all about development and momentum and we still have both despite the obvious disappointment of falling short.
Maddison signing up to 2025 is brilliant news ... but also not a surprise ... he's cock of the yard here... and the club seem more than willing to offer lucrative contracts if they want players to stay ... but also to play hardball if they want to go ... as Riyad Mahrez discovered ... we will get top dollar and sell on our terms if players are committed to leaving.

I take it you were watching when they were playing for themselves rather than the token dummy on the sideline?
When did I say we’ll do well? My prediction for next season is a relegation battle with Rodgers getting binned and whoever comes in getting the new manager bounce and finishing about 14th.
Best squad we've ever had ... mostly young and on long term contracts ... committed owner... manager who plays flowing attractive football ... capacity crowds for every home game and plans to expand the stadium ... best trainng complex in Europe being built ... plans for a cheese room rejected ... think the foundations are being laid for a long spell at the top table
