    hi gills fans <ok>

a lot of talk up here that kuffour will be joining you on loan very shortly.

at the start of the season he said he wants to move to london or just outside. our manager has stated during pre season that kuffour was still in his plans and he has played very well in the games he has been involved in. but just before the end of the transfer window he refused to travel to orient for our 2nd round carling cup game as his head wasnt right! since then he has not been in the match day squad. apparently a couple of league 1 sides came in for him on deadline day but he refused to join them as not close enough to london. our manager has since said he will get rid of him on a loan deal.

looks like he may be heading your way <ok>

    not sure <ok>

last season he was very lazy but so was all the team hense why we went down. but he done well start of this season. his scoring ratio is not great but he is dangerous and takes a lot of pressure off our back 4. think he started well this season and made an effort due to obviously trying to impress potential onlookers. read this and get confirmation that he is on his way out. the last 3 paragraph mentions training.

Does look like a done deal, I am curious as to why though? does this mean Nouble is going? or we are having another striker?

Ditto hope it is not instead of Nouble as the rumour is he was signing for another month, strange one if true which it looks like it is.

Yeah, don't quite understand this at the moment, no mention on the O/S.

So next question who is moving out?

    No prizes for my guess!

If he is a replacement for Oli or even Payne it might make sense, but to break up Kedwell and Nouble when things seem to be clicking very well would be a bad move I feel. As another option then why not.

GFCSTU - got it in one imo!

Can I just clarify that :-

He doesn't have a good goals per game record?

Every club he plays for gets relegated?

    Should fit in well.

Might be in Nouble's interest to leave? His form could have alerted other clubs and he must want to play at a higher level? Or could this come down to any wages we would have to pay for either of them? Assume Nouble is on more, and we are already over our budget.

for me, i hope the facts are kuffour & nouble are hear to stay and oli is to move on somewhere else!

i just hope nouble does not have an injury???, he's made such a difference on our results and the team on a whole!

does anyone know if kuffour can play on the left wing, if so just maybe this is the reason he could be coming to our club???

he is a striker but can play right wing as well. he usually performs as his best up front so you will get the best from him there. he usually looks like he cant be assed on the wing!

as for his poor goal to game ratio, i must say he is still a good player. his trickery with the ball will win you lots of free kicks and pens. he aint a striker who will score long range goals and he dont take pens or free kicks. he usually is the striker who is in the right place at the right time scoring most goals in 6 yard box. he creates much more for the team though and can hold up the ball. he is very short so not much of a target man but he is very fast.

personally if it wasnt for his poor attitude with us last season and so far this season, even though he dont score much, i rather have him then let him go to a rival in the same league.

i think you have a good signing on your hands if he does sign for you. as its a loan and he wants to join a club your end of the country, he will want to perform for you to gain a contract. his contract runs out end of season.
