Would that account for the fact that the moon is 'upside down' if you look at it when standing in NZ or OZ? (Tycho crater is in the northern hemisphere, for instance). Mind you, according to ali G's interview wit Buzz Aldrin, the moon is a hoax too.
For years I actually thought the flat earth society was some sort of parody, where they pretended to believe the earth was flat as some sort of nerdy, ironic, science based joke. Then I met one, and was like... please log in to view this image
I've just read some of it. Is this theory a way of some making money like !!!!! It's all in the book ?
It could be worse you could have to work with them like my brother! He said they are unshakeable along with some of the religious types he has to deal with .
Tbh I googled a gif to see what it would look like. Then ended up on that site and they answered a lot of the questions I had. What I found on this thread (as with most conspiracy theorist) is that nobody who believed in it would give a straight answer, but fair play to that website they actually do. Even though it's all mad as a box of frogs!

I sometimes dispair at people ! Some of the **** some people believe is just nuts ! Last Wednesday I was cutting some bleach labels and it says on then kills MRSA . The woman I work with said these chemical and pharmaceutical companies could do something with this bleach to find a covid cure if they really wanted too !
I think it was, Tobes. I knew several old schoolmates who joined at uni or a laugh, one who went on to be a doctor. It was bit like claiming to be a Gary Glitter or Sheena Easton fan in the 80's. I can only compare it to criminals feigning madness to get away with light sentences, then really do go insane when they've been in the nuthouse long enough.
