    You said the same at the start ofthis season. Then we went and got 99 points.

    The only 2 that may close the gap are chavs and Utd, but thats only 6 points up for grabs each.

    Someone will win the league with high 90s again

    You said it’s the new normal, it isn’t, it’s 2 seasons. Even in the unlikely event next season ended with a similar total, it wouldn’t make it ‘normal’.

    I keep expecting it to go down but I'm not convinced it will . City will spend big as will ManU & Chelsea already have . So no surprise if one of them to get mid 90's


    and get the runner up spot below us .

    Too early to make any sensible predictions about next season for me. It depends who does what during the window.

    The reason City & then you lot, ran up such large totals was due to the relative weakness of the formerly much more competitive top 6 and your results against them.

    we've racked up similar stats against the "big 6" when coming 4th . If we use that reason it is more relevant to say it is because teams in mid league have been ****e <cough> like yourselves .
