Looked awesome when he started, then had a few very **** games. Same with his brother, and too early to decide whether he's good or **** yet, you don't suddenly go from being class to permanently dross. Milner looked crap when he started with us, and look what happened there. Probably deserves a new contract considering all the dross we've got on higher wages.
Wasn't there talk that this was a ploy to get him to Watford via Udinese without paying a compensation package to us? He might not be quite so keen to go to Watford now.
