I think Kadar, Gosling, Santon, Abeid, Ferguson and Elliot would be alright and Ranger would probably come good. Sammy looks a bit limited to be a regular starter so soon and I dont think Dummett, Henderson or Richardson would be good enough yet.

Carroll was worth the hassle because he performed on the pitch.

I'd like to see us loan him out but his attitude has ruled that out some time ago.

I have to agree to this to an extent, sub appearences aren't exactly the best oppertunities, on top of that he never really had more than 30 mins besides the Blackburn game and westham, also you have to remember he's only 19/20 still a kid so needs experience.

He has fluffed a fair few chances last season, and his attitude isnt the best, if he sorts these out he could be a potential star player for us in the next few season

Needs a loan spell in the championship with regular football

I think if that team entered the league system they'd have Hartlepool as a derby and have a good chance at promotion but may struggle in the Championship. In saying that, with a season in League One that would give them time to gel...

He's worse because of his attitude.

There's no question he has all the tools, but he comes in late to training, won't take instruction and makes an idiot of himself at weekends. If he was capable of giving his head a shake he'd be knocking on the door. Aas it is he's 3/4 of the way out the door

Sorry Tash but Ranger is ****e, no point in trying to defend him, can't score on the pitch and a liability off it, sooner we're shot of him the better off we'll be.

Ranger has lots of potential. I remember the times against Arsenal (twice) and Liverpool when he wreaked havoc after coming on as a sub. However, he needs to sort himself out before he can be considered here. Regular football and a move away from his friends (major bad influence from what I've heard) could do him the world of good. Should deffo look to send him out on loan.

I rate Ranger highly in terms of ability. His hold up play is outstanding and better than most senior strikers. His shooting is 2nd rate and for all he gives it the biggun, I suspect he lacks a bit of composure and confidence in front of goal. The kid could be a top player if he wanted, there's a reason Chelsea's scouting network were keeping an eye on him not so long ago. However he has been a total cock end while here and has an attitude problem. A loan would be my favoured solution but if any of the alledged offences turn out to be true I'd struggle to find a reason to keep him.

On the jaw breaking stuff etc I think we better wait for some official confirmation. He has been supposedly arrested three times recently but yet the club are playing him in reserve matches? I had him bang to rights because of his reputation but I suspect he may not have been the bad lad recently we all suspected. I don't think the club would risk the bad press. I have yet to see him having been charged with anything. He should learn though by looking at Titus. If you keep putting yourself in the wrong situation it will catch up with you.
