Of course they fcking knew. They were swerving side to side to dislodge him ffs!

The idea these lads would have cared enough not to kill him was blown the minute I saw them joking and laughing and shouting at the tv cameras outside the Old Bailey during the trial.

The reason they were given manslaughter was nowt to do with whether they knew or not he was caught up. They knew. It was solely to do with whether their intention when they were swerving was to dislodge him or kill him. That's where the jury bottled it and gave manslaughter.

Hope they never see the outside of a prison again.

 

For you to be right there the jury would have had to have been misdirected.

 

Don't know about that. All I know is that's why they decided manslaughter and it was nowt to do with knowing or not knowing he was attached but what their intention was when they were swerving like ****s.
