It is different. In the Floyd case the copper definitely knew what was happening and that Floyd was dying.

In the PC Harper case, that can't be 100% proved.

Agree with that too. This case is hideous given the injures to PC Harper and the manner in which he died. A thread about it would likely have ended up with some **** making it all kick off.

but how do you know the copper meant to kill floyd. Maybe he thought floyd was faking it and just wanted to keep him under control because lets face it, in a 1 on 1 fight that would be like mike tyson against bilbo baggins

luckily as brb has said usa has all the different types of murders. Hopefully theres no piskies in that jury team that put the copper down
