During this time, when Rangers peaked as a European club, Celtic won 9 in a row, won a European Cup, the first non latin club to do so, got to 2 semi finals and another final in Europes top competetion. In historical terms, Rangers as a club, are not even on the same page as Celtic. In your whole history, you have made no mark in Europes top competition and 1000 spl titles will never change that fact. The days are gone when Scottish teams could compete with the best and the final score in Scotland is, Celtic made their mark, Rangers did not. Deal with it

Don't worry about it. I'm sure when Rangers fans call their club the "most successful in the world" the fans of Man Utd, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Ajax, Barcelona, AC Milan etc. don't take it seriously either.
