I just thought , we must be one of the only clubs of which are run by English people , Alan Pardew , and the cockney Mafia. Which other clubs in the "English" Premier League are the same . I really cant think of any , they seem to be mostly either Yanks or Arabs.

That shows why they have a poor "cheap" team then lol . And never realised Spurs was a fully English run club , saying that didnt Sir Alan Sugar have something to do with them ?

You could make an arguement for Swansea,Norwich,Everton,Wolves,Bolton and Stoke if you include British managers

Don't mind foreign managers but don't like the idea of foreign owners. At least the managers have some football experience, what the hell do the likes of the Glazers, Hicks & Gillette & Ellis Short know about footie? Even Ashley must have more idea about the game than them.

McCarthy is the Jack Charlton kind of Irish. In that his favourite colour is green and he quite likes Riverdance

Man City's owners are English aren't they?

Seriously though, there will be more foreign owners buying clubs as they want a new toy and be a part of the best league in the world.
