Simple question - how many here were NF supporters? How many here handed out their leaflets back in the day?

How many here are willing to share that or state categorically that they didn’t?

Why would you even ask that question? Who do you think would have been a member?
Don't say you don't know because you asked the question.

New version of cludo out today, with the new black man in it so they don't feel left out.
But whatever you do, don't blame him for anything without conclusive proof or you will have protests on your doorstep.

No answer then? Can I take it that you regret asking this ridiculous question?

More likely you'll just ignore this reply too.

    Blono

He can speak for himself but I suspect Jonny has started getting provokative because he realises he's talking to a wall on this subject on this board so he's clearly given up on his attempts to 'educate' and is posting 'in the style of'.

Re your original post that you're getting defensive about. I interpreted your original post as implying there was some racial reason why African countries weren’t ‘successful’. Because the obvious unsaid implication being, corruption, laziness, incompetence - the usual stereotypes.

So as you know you’re not racist... rather than getting affronted by somebody elses post, maybe look at your original post and see how it might be interpreted by others. Had it proposed some answers rather than just asking the question with what looked to me like a nudge and a wink. Your follow up post hinted at some reasons... money culture etc.

I think it’s perfectly reasonable to ask the question by the way, and I agree in our society it's a difficult one to ask if you're white - but if you want a grown up debate I don’t think your original post was the best way to achieve it.

Like everything else just my opinion.

Here you have it, a BLM organiser reveals the true intentions of BLM. Antifa and cancel culture, not that the intelligent hadn't already worked it out.

These types of people eventually stick their heads out the mud when they realise they're losing the war and can see no way of winning, but they aimlessly try to keep their battle going by supposedly upping their anti, in this case, they reveal their true intentions in the hope more people will jump on their bandwagon.

Remember the IRA?.....once they started killing innocent woman and children they began to lose support at a fast rate, same thing is happening to BLM and Co as more and more peoples eyes are opened wide. The brainwashed and easily led were watching what was happening, but they weren't seeing what was happening, now, more and more are seeing the truth.

    Someone tell the players.

... and our own Chuchill who made some of the great speeches on freedom, whilst taking a pragmatic approach in terms of who it applied to

I think most of us think the statue pulling down stuff is melodramatic. I get that statues are there to commemorate and if it's clearly commemorating someone who has a checkered past then that will get backs up. But who doesn't in the context of today's world? Put a placque with the bad stuff they did next to the good. Treat it as educational.

I think this apologising for the slave trade stuff is bollox too. How far back do you want to go? It's far more important to demonstrate that you recognise it but focus on more recent misdemeanours and strive as a society to get rid of of the prejudices that still exist... albeit in my view to a much lesser degree than it has been. I prefer the view that progress in this country has been made, but more still needs to be done.

To be honest it's largely but not completely a generational thing. Look at the demographic on this board, you ain't changing anyone's opinion here.

I'm not getting defensive about anything. As was said by someone else it is a very insulting question to ask. He didn't ask who voted Conservative, he asked who voted and distributed leaflets for a racist political party that has been outlawed.
I have asked questions. Everything I have posted is fact and unemotional. You have drawn your own conclusions which says more about you than me.

Because the obvious unsaid implication being, corruption, laziness, incompetence - the usual stereotypes.

I didn't say any of this so where has it come from? Have you got that opinion about people from Africa

Did you see what I did there?

It is very difficult to read an opinion without tainting it with your view so you read my post assuming I'm a racist when, in fact, your post contains extremely disparaging views about African people.

I'm not racist. Yes, I do think we aren't allowed to ask the questions that need to be asked because we will be deemed racists and that is a shame.

    I don't have a solution, who does.
