It’s more complex involves separately selling the assets of the company. In a case of nufc it would be ridiculously complex to do. So I am afraid we are with my initial points. Actually.......... The hmrc tax dispute. Now this is a possibility. If the ownership is changing hand then the revenue need to be informed as the tax liabilities that arise from the current ownership connected to the case have to put in caveats that they will pay any additional liabilities. That’s is a possibility.
