If players converted all of their can't-miss opportunities, goal-a-game players would be common. Our finishing was surreal early in the season...expecting us to continue to bang in every chance wasn't realistic.

Cardiff City were INVITED to join the Football League, their entry was delayed by WWI, but they were members of the football league, when Southampton APPLIED to join. If you didn't approve of the members, why did you beg to join.......no pride? If the penalty had been given (judging by welsh commentators reaction it should have been the case) we'd probably had gone on to win the game comfortably.
He's just trying to get a reaction, relax. I cant see us bringing this one back though, but look on the positives, the fact that we are missing all these sitters show that we are still very strong at creating chances.

But it will be equalled out over the length of the season, if we dominate the game and create far more chances than each team we play, it doesnt matter if we dont convert in the odd game
