Sums the "man" up. He is supposed to be the leader of the team and a leader of group of men. Embarrassing excuse for a man.
My post was supposed to be ironic, Byrne looks like he's in the dock waiting for the judges sentence in the screen shot.
Terry was not present because the surgeons had not completed his brain transplant - it is hoped that his new brain (shown hereunder) will have a more acute grasp of football tactics than his previous one .
I’ve really found him, Terry, difficult to assess. I don’t remember him as a player at all. He’s never seemed particularly comfortable in the spotlight as our manager. The lack of emotion in the touch line is a worry. Where is is head at? It’s obviously a pressured job being a football manager but he doesn’t let it out There’s nothing wrong with bollocking a player during a game yet I don’t think I’ve seen him do that. nige was constantly remonstrating with players adjusting them and he was Mr nice guy!! terry does none of that. Brucey would go mental at players as would agnew when they were out of position or made a **** up. Have these players become too comfortable with getting away with making mistakes and not being corrected. Surely you would tell your two centre mids they defend the edge of their area with their lives first twenty never mind first five?? yet ours are pulled out wide exposing the two centre backs constantly. I do feel burke and de wijs just thought we’ve got no ****ing chance here we’ve got our man defending the area and there’s one or two of theirs on the edge with no ****er marking them! we’re gonna look like ****s here. Terry is an enigma. how frustrating will it be if we change things and win??
The Ex Scunny players might find it funny ****ing up our club but I don't find the current situation remotely funny.
The best way he could lighten his load would have been to let McCann do the prezzer whilst he sorted out the defending? (And as others have said, that isn't just the back 4, it's those in front of the back 4 too). If McCann is still in charge, then this decision was yet another howler irrespective of who made it. What a ****ing shambolic joke our club has become..
The only problem being that if you tap them they fall to pieces..... I suspect they are just changing 'like for like'...
Much as I've been in the terry out crew for a while now, I think the guy must be close to a nervous breakdown. The allams have done him no favours.
Just heard the snippet from the prezzer on HDM website with James Smailes trying to ask Byrne why it's him and not McCann. Byrne acting a clever ****er with his answers. Does he not realise it's just further disrespecting and antagonising supporters who naturally just want to know what's going on? Clever twat, as well as being ****ing useless at his job. He can **** off as well. Edit, apologies, it was Matt not James
“lightening the Manager’s workload?” Why hasn’t he done that since the restart by sorting out the defending, seen as he is supposed to be a defender? Did anyone ask the obvious, given his position, why is our defending so ****e? McCann should have manned up, what a bunch of ........
I’ve never been one for getting on a managers back really. He’s doing a difficult job as an employee of those two. However... We’ve still got an actual chance of staying up!!! Slim, but it’s still there. Any other club after such an appalling run would have rolled the dice and hoped for a new manager syndrome grabbing a win and a draw and crossed their fingers for other results. They would have done it a few games ago, but they’d have done it. To stay with what we have right now is incompetent ownership.
Don’t disagree, but they obviously decided not too then, and guess what it looks like they’re too stubborn to admit that was a mistake and do it now either Too late now anyway, hey ho.
The more I think about it and listening to comments about ****wits interview when he mentioned Bolton being unsustainable in the Championship, I'm becoming more convinced that decision was taken when Bowen and Grosicki left.
