Leicester brought Brendan Rodgers in to stable the sinking ship, I cannot see him as a long time solution for Leicester especially if they miss out on top four finish which was almost in the bag before. There is also the possibility that Leicester are in danger of losing some of their top players. Foxes are hanging around.

So they’re allowing 5 subs next season but each competition will be free to decide if they want to use that. ridiculous is they do allow it. Can understand it for this condensed end of the season but next year with a more normal schedule there is no need. Just favours the bigger teams in the prem who have bigger squads
Not keen meself. I think too many subs disrupts the balance of the team. Too many games since the restart have felt like training sessions - mostly because of the lack of crowds, but in part because of multiple substitutions imo.
Still only allowed to introduce subs 3 time, but it will favour the teams like City/Utd with very strong benches who can afford to buy expensive players as squad players. I remember 1 sub being allowed, that really made managers think!
There was no issue with 3, and so I don’t understand the reason for the change. I just about get why they did it during this period, but carrying it on isn’t necessary, and as you say, it favours the bigger clubs. It’ll be 4 Qtrs next.
You can see why it was agreed for this condended end to season with it being July & the stats for injuries from the european leagues that recommenced earlier but no way should it be agreed for next season . I have a terrible feeling that you may be only too right
Liverpool to lift the Premier league trophy on the Kop following next Wednesday's fixture with Chelsea
We can't have the likes of Sheffield United qualifying for Europe while clubs like Arsenal miss out. It's just not right.
The way arsenal are playing you could let them play with 5 extra players and prob still wouldn’t make it into europe* *now I know we lost to them but that ruins the joke so I’m pretending that didn’t happen.
My guess is the PL will stick at 3 subs next season if for no other reason than that is the same as the CL & EL .
Part of me would like to see the number of subs increased, we might buy some players then! Seriously though, I hope it stays at three. These recent games have almost had a international friendly feel about them at times
see it wouldn’t surprise me if the CL allowed 5 for next season. Each competition can do their own thing
