Went a couple of years ago and loved it . Friend said ( after we had been ) Get the bus ride , Much higher up than in a car so a better view , and no risk of the Monkeys damaging your car .
[ I’ve never been but heard it’s pretty good (my son went a year or so ago). Bus ride sounds the best way
The bus isn't running because of social distancing measures, so you might want to miss the monkeys. You can drive around all the other parts of that tour though, lions n stuff
And so the fallout starts. Man, they are annoyed. Side note. Had a problem with my phone today. Conspiracy theory.
I thought they might , but it would cost big time I suppose . In that case #7 option is a good one ! FYI he said go in a mate's car . He didn't say the mate had to be there , or even know anything about it
I got chatting to this woman at the bus-stop this morning and she told me that people call her Vivaldi. I asked her: “Is that because you’re a brilliant violinist?" She said: “No, it’s because my name is Viv and I work at Aldi.“
Cheers all! Yeah I had presumed that the bus wouldn't be running so I guess I'll have to see how risky I'm feeling on the day. Head saying no but I do really want to see the monkeys so a tough one.
I remember going with my dad when I was little, and the cheeky bastards ripped the wipers of his old saab 99. He was furious! My brother found a £20 note that day, and was so chuffed. Nice memories I've not thought about for a while.
Saab . Brings back memories for me . We had one in the late 60’s in Africa . Criminal theft they went to the wall as we know them . Brilliant cars .
I can deal with wipers as they need replacing anyway, it's trims and wing mirrors I'm worried about. I think I'm more excited than my lad tbh, I must have been under 10 when I went so don't really remember it too well. Gonna get him some binoculars so he can get a good look if anything is far away.
Cherish these days mate, they go so quick. Even if the weathers crap, you'll have a great laugh with your lad!
