Not sure I agree with this one. What we need is someone with a connection to the club and the area that cares. We need a manager who will pick the right team and light a fire under their arses.

I think McCann is equally as guilty as the players. How can you persist with a system or personnel that isn’t working.
I interpreted Ash backing Grant as saying there no point changing manager at this point with two games to go. He gave the perspective of a loyal Captain.
I liked what Ashbee was saying but felt he should have laid more blame on the owners & manager. What we're dealing with now is many many poor decisions right from the top of the club down. Yes the players need to look at themselves but they're contracted to a club thats rotten to the core. Thats the real problem at Hull City and we all know it.
Ash wasnt going to badmouth Terry. They're similar types of character on the pitch. It's down to the lack of leadership on the pitch, there are no leaders, and the attitude of the players mainly brought on by £uckwits style of confrontation management.
