Ginge greatest respect mate, you are supposed to be a chef, but most of your stuff looks like it's been dragged out of a fooking garbage can. I can only assume you are on some kind of wind-up or put another way, it don't make Thailand a very appealing place to visit.
You can't make Isaan food sexy mate, its all about taste and get it on a plate. Catfish is tasty if bones don't worry you, it's all cooked in chillies, garlic and fish sauce with holy basil.
The pack of bugles for pudding looks alright though.
