Not sure that they're making English football, or the Premier league, a laughing stock. However, they are doing a fine job of making Manufactured City, and their "manager", a laughing stock - which is just great, as far as I'm concerned.

I remember reading a while back that Tevez isn't exactly fluent in Spanish either. Because of his poor background, his grasp of Spanish is about the same as the grasp of English seen by guests on Jeremy Kyle.
