The lad does have problems but is sound if you talk to him calm about football (or wasps). The first hint of banter though and he fires off, he just doesn't get it.
Have a look at some of his videos from after United lost, it might give you a clue as to why he was ‘popular’. He had thousands of follows on Twitter and a handful of parody accounts. It was quite bizarre tbh.
