Not had a cognac for literally years. I’ve still got some nice Brandy glasses somewhere though.

 

It's something I've been meaning to get for a while, change from the rum.

Make sure you pay for the bottle protection insurance mate.

 

Given you’ve got some free money, treat yourself to a Remy Martin or a Hennessy mate, **** it.

 

The two I posted have a good reputation, I'll take it from there. Gets silly expensive as you go up the levels. They are both around the £50 mark.

 

I looked at the first one as it’s not one I’ve seen before, had some good reviews.

 

I've read up and both seem good ones to get if you're starting out with Cognac. I've tried very good stuff off my Grandad years ago but recently got interested in trying a good bottle. Those two stood out for the price.

 

I used to love ordering a large Hennessy as a night cap at our favourite restaurant. Sat there rolling it around and sipping it, not even arsed how much I’d just been goosed for, living my best life lol.

Did you have the cigar as well or were you never a smoker

 

I did like an occasional Cuban stoggie back in the day mate. Long time since I can remember being able to smoke one inside though, over here at least.

 

I never really smoked cigarettes tried them as a 12 yr old and gave up after a couple of months
I did enjoy the odd Edward the Seventh cigar after a nice meal with a glass of brandy
They just make me cough these days but a nice glass of brandy if not driving finishes off a meal
