That's the idea being thrown around by the BBC: http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/stevewilson/2011/09/fa_headhunters_should_look_bey.html What thinks ye?
If he doesn't show ambition in the January transfer window or sort out the medics or his training regime or adopt changes to the team like playing RvP in a free role and play Theo as a striker and instead continue the garbage in his interviews, then I would offer him to Turkey in exchange for Gus Hiddink. In fact I'll offer Gazidis as well as part of a package deal.
I used to look forward to Arsene's interviews but now I just dread them. I'll still listen to the players though. They make more sense than our manager. PS - thanks for quoting Tuffers. Made me realise I had a major typo to correct.
He should be tzar for young football in england. He would get EVERYONE PLAYING FOOTBALL, all the kids healthy so the obesity problem is solved, and we might get a decent national team in the future.
Spot on, i would put him in charge of the grass roots/youth level. I don't think he would make England win anything, he simply hasnt got the type of players to do it with. There is only one manager that has a good chance, that is Fergy but he'll never do it.....
Wenger has always says that he wouldn't like international football because you don't get enough time with the players on the training ground so I doubt he would accept it. P.S. Did any one read the comments on the article? The average IQ of the people writing them must be no higher than 80.
Yes quite. Arsene would be going back on his stated beliefs to accept the post. In respect of the comments - I've long-since paid little heed to responses to sports blogs, even those on the BBC. If you think those were bad you should check the ones in the F1 blogs on the same site where writer and seasoned observers are apparently not allowed to criticise Mr Hamilton.
