Anyone good at wall papering?

How difficult is it to do horizontal wallpaper?

Along these lines, but not these colours....I'm guessing as the strips are longer, it's a bit more difficult

Surely you just hang it as normal (up & down).

 

I don't know, that's why i asked....

Maybe i will have to watch some videos instead. But thanks for the input.

 

No prob. I guess you just hang it vertically mate, and match the horizontal lines up. Should be quite easy to do imho.

 

I honestly don't know...Hanging horizontal stripes vertically...

I've always been **** at wall papering.

I'd need **** loads of wallpaper .

Do you start at the top or the bottom?

 

To hang it vertically you start at the top...Brush out any air bubbles etc...

I'm **** at wall papering, so take no notice.

I might do a feature wall, but that would be it, paint the rest.

I used to be ok at wallpapering

 

Mine is all painted..**** walls and all that.

Just thinking about doing the main wall, not the tv wall, big and bold.

 

Just get somebody to do feature wall

 

that's easier said than done.

 

Big fook off pics can be just as good sometimes on painted walls. Otherwise yes, just do a feature wall, keeps it nice and easy.
